    Hello again,

    I want to thank you for taking the time out of your busy day to send our CEO your Customer Satisfaction Review on the quality of service I’ve provided for you.

    I’d like to tell you a little bit about myself and why you may want to consider my services as an Insurance Agent again, should the need arise.

    Here’s a little bit about me:

    I am single with no children.

    In my time away from SGB I like spending my time involved in the following activities and Hobbies:

    Cooking, baking, soap making, gem mining, hiking, reading, eating and following my favorite sports team, the New York Giants.

    My areas of Expertise:

    I have more than 7 years of customer service experience in insurance and registration services. Prior to starting in registration and insurance services, I spent a couple years in retail and restaurants as well as selling vacuums door to door. I approach my tasks for SGB clients in a diligent,  dedicated, accurate and always give my all to whatever our client requires.

    I really enjoy helping existing and prospective SGB clients to find what they need and make the process as easy as possible. My goal is to help my clients reach their goals and find solutions to any insurance problem they need addressed.

    How I became involved in Insurances Services:
    I was a broke college student that took the first job available at an insurance call center. I felt very comfortable with the customers and was recommended to apply for an agent position and so I did and here at SGB we are today.
